We provide mobile rehab services for WorkCover injuries in Parramatta and surrounding suburbs.
What we offer:
- Mobile rehab service at your home for WorkCover patients
- This service is for patients who currently have limited capacity due to the injury and are unable to attend a local clinic
- Receiving early treatment after your injury is crucial to the long term sucess of your recovery
- If you were involved in a work related injury, before we can start providing you with treatment, one of our team members will speak to you regarding your case to see if we are the best fit for you
- We will also need to speak with your case manager to seek approval before we can provide your with treatment.
Services we provide to WorkCover patients:
- Mobile Physiotherapy services in Parramatta and surrounding suburbs to injured workers on WorkCover claims
- Home based or gym based rehabilitation at your home with one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists
Eligibility:
- Injured at work
- Active WorkCover claim
- It’s ok if you are currently seeing another Physiotherapist, as a patient it is your right to choose your treatment provider
- As a patient, you need to do what is best for you
- If you are unfit for work or have no capacity to work currently
- Live in or near Parramatta
Other documents which will assist us in providing treatment:
- GP or Specialist referral
- Certificate of Capacity (Issued by your GP)
- If you have been to a hospital – Hospital Discharge Summary
- X-ray and scan results – if you have them
- Any recent updates from your specialist (if you are seeing one)
Other people we would like to speak with to assist you with Physiotherapy treatment:
- Case manager from the insurance company
- Rehabilitation Consultant
- Your GP or specialist
- Your employer
