SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
- Sudden onset of ankle pain
- Can be localised sharp pain
- Dull ache in the foot region

- Pain with weight bearing
- Pain which develops after a while of weight bearing
Symptoms related to an Ankle Sprains:
- Rolling the ankle while playing sports or walking
- Hearing a pop or a crack
- Localised swelling & tenderness
- Bruising
- Inability to walk normally due to pain
