Thorough Assessment:

We provide thorough assessments and documentation to track the progress of each participant. 

Community Access

We assist participants achieve their goals. Be it difficulty mobilising outdoors, strength training, increasing your flexibility or improving community access. 

Exercise Programs

Each participant is individually assessed. We sit down with you and talk to determine what goals you would like to work on. We provide individualised programs with a variety of exercises that meet the needs of each participant.

Mobility Equipment

We can help you with your mobility equipment. We can assist by assessing participants for appropriate mobility aids in order to keep you mobile and as independent as possible. 

Regular Follow Ups

We are only a phone call or message away! We keep in regular contact with every participant to see their progress and provide any assistance if necessary.

How do I pay for the service?

  • Plan managed: We can co-ordinate with your plan manager and set up a service agreement on your behalf. Our charges are as per the NDIS fees and schedule.
  • NDIA managed: We are registered providers with the NDIS and can directly invoice the NDIS for Physiotherapy Services on your behalf.
  • Self managed: You can choose to directly pay for Physiotherapy services and claim back from the NDIA
